68 year-old female patient with radicular thoracic pain and progressive difficulty walking over several months. Patient had surveillance CT-Scan of the thoracic spine showing a large disc herniation and spinal cord compression.

Patient underwent thoracic disc resection and fusion. She is now back to ambulating unaided and without neurological deficits.
